Requires a Top 10 National Public Accounting Audit Manager with CPA and MFG Clients
Global Fortune 50 Corporation has a fast track Controllership Development Program, which accelerates the career development of high potential experienced accounting & controllership talent through a structured program combining job assignments, mentoring and training. The CDP consists of 3 six-month rotations with hands-on Controllership responsibilities as a business partner in a P&L, and as a technical expert in headquarters consolidations & reporting. This highly visible role has frequent interaction with Global Controller, the P&L Controllership teams and business leaders.
Relocation is not required while on program. However, the program provides an exciting optional international rotation at one of our operations in France (Paris area), the UK (London area) or China (Beijing). Following completion of the CDP program, individuals will be positioned in key Controllership roles.
Required qualifications include: · Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance and minimum of five years of audit experience in public accounting (experience working with large multinationals preferred) with demonstrated career progression; or 3 years of audit experience in public accounting and 4 years of accounting/controllership experience · CPA or equivalent designation; or demonstrated technical accounting knowledge as demonstrated by experience with GAAP and FASB · Working knowledge of US GAAP and authoritative accounting literature · Strong analytic skills: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change · Excellent communication skills: experience working across multiple levels, functions and regions; able to clearly communicate complex financial information in a easy to understand manner; able to deliver message effectively · You must be legally authorized to work in the United States · You must be legally authorized to work in the United States
